Delivery Service


DELIVERY TERMS
 

  • Our product was in good quality so the product will don’t get any damage during delivery. If the product was damaged by self-collect we will never change the product unless if the product was damaged before self-collect, ship or delivery.
  • We will delivery our product during 4-14 working days.
  • If any updates for the product delivery  we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
  • Any cancellation will be denial once the order has proceeded after 24 hours.
  • We only proceed to ship after the payment has clear.
  • If the payment hasn’t clear we will not delivery the product until the payment has clear.
  • If the product was damaged during delivery by us we will exchange the product for you.


DELIVERY SERVICE 
 

  • We offer FREE standard delivery (single drop location) with order value above RM800.00 in single transaction to area within Klang Valley.
  • Order value below RM800.00 is subject to delivery charge of RM70.00 per trip to areas within Klang Valley.
  • Our Standard Delivery Service is performed from Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm), Staurday (8:30 am to 12:30 pm)excluding Public Holidays.
  • In order to optimize our delivery service, we do not accept appointment setting (specific time and date fixing). However, our delivery personnel will contact customer before reaching the place.

For areas out of Klang Valley, additional delivery charges will be incurred as below:

  • KLIA, KLIA2, PORT KLANG FREE ZONE, PULAU INDAH  -> RM290.00

 

  • BATANG BERJUNTAI, BESTARI JAYA, IJOK, JERAM, KUALA SELANGOR, SABAK BERNAM, SASARAN, SEKINCHAN, SUNGAI BESAR, TANJUNG KARANG, KUALA KUBU -> RM150.00
